Data Deletion Request
MMC Financial Holdings respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you connected your social media account(s) to Money Marketing Connection and would like your data deleted, follow the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
Option 1 — Email Us: Send an email to admin@moneymarketingconnection.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- Your full name
- The email address associated with your MMC account
- Which social media platform(s) you connected (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, etc.)
Option 2 — From Your Account: Log in to your MMC account, navigate to the Social Connect page, and click “Disconnect” next to each connected platform. This removes your social media tokens from our system.
What We Delete
Upon receiving your request, we will delete:
- Your social media access tokens and refresh tokens
- Your connected account profile information
- Any content drafts generated for your connected accounts
- Your platform connection preferences and settings
Processing Time
Data deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.
